Descripción

  • Solid consulting and/or industry experience of which at least three/four years in a high value-added consulting Firm, displaying progressive advancement and responsibility. At Manager level, at least six years of professional experience, working for consulting Firms.
  • Deep experience leading teams working for companies in pre (commercial, Operational Due Diligence) and post deal execution (value creation programs, merger integrations), strategic planning, organizational design, or operationalimprovement projects for large enterprises.
  • Distinctive track record of achievement and career progression & impact, playing a critical role in leading projects, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior consultants.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in consultancy firm.
  • Preferred majors: Engineering, Science, Business, Economics.
  • An undergraduate university degree is required, with an MBA in top tier schools.
  • Besides Spanish he/she should speak English with sufficient fluency to be able to communicate adequately with professional counterparts. A third European language would be positively valued.
  • Outstanding collaborator. Leading by example. Bold, curious, collaborative, and passionate. Absolute professional dedication results oriented and showing entrepreneurial mentality.
  • Adaptable to different situations. Easy to relate to and tolerant. Able to integrate in an organization with its own style where inside relations are multiple and complex.
