  • Strategic Market Analysis: Assess market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Go-to-Market Planning: Design and evaluate strategies for new offerings, portfolio innovations, and strategic alliances.
  • Business Case Development: Build robust financial models and scenario analyses to support investment decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Finance to align strategies and ensure flawless execution.
  • Executive Reporting: Prepare high-impact presentations and recommendations for senior management.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs for growth initiatives and propose optimization measures.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • Previous experience in education, software, publishing, or media is an advantage but not essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in creating and delivering management presentations.
  • Ability to build networks quickly and collaborate effectively across a complex, international organization.
  • A team-oriented mindset with experience working in a matrixed environment.
  • Fluent in English.
