Job description· Be part of the initial organizational design and roles definition

· Providing support to SSC employees throughout the entire employee life-cycle, assisting with day to day HR operations and HR projects

· Managing the internal communication of all SSC activities, the annual planning and all recurrent communications

· Defining and implementing the recruitment and compensation strategy

· Coordination of training activities and content creation

· Responsible for new joiners on-boarding plan: welcome emails, first-day orientation sessions delivery, onboarding surveys and analysis, buddy programme management, welcome packs

· In charge of employee relation activities: labor contracts, payroll and benefits, budgeting

· Talent review and development strategy design

· Policy definition related to the shared service center

· SSC Culture support including remote working strategy

· Monthly follow up and taking actions on key HR performance indicators: productivity, labor cost, safety, absenteeism, turnover.

· Maintaining an HR SCC employees' data base, updating and sending status reports to HRV

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

· The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of HR experience in an international environment

· Experience in shared service centers is a strong plus

· Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory

· Excellent level of autonomy, action oriented

· Very good interpersonal skills
