The key responsibilities of the Senior Research Manager (Brand Tracking and Pre Testing) are:

  • Lead project team with clear direction and roles & responsibilities, in the most efficient manner (maximising existing resources and time)
  • Manage projects to an excellent end; that means to also lead first level escalations with Ops on own projects
  • Designing and structuring a research project around a set of hypotheses, and develop research frameworks
  • Present findings to clients in a confident and concise manner, and participate in client workshops
  • Keep yourself and team up-to date with changes in your client's market, industry trends and general market research trends
  • Own complete responsibility for own projects with the assistance of a junior researcher and value add from a senior/ client director
  • Full ownership team/ project planning, report analysis & expectations, success of project execution
  • To mentor and develop individual team members to be an expert in a specific tool
  • You will be responsible for the delivery of all research projects that meet client expectations from design through to delivery of results.
  • You will be set up for success by a highly invested manager, mentoring you to achieve your dreams.
  • You will also partner so very closely with the best Client Directors in the business
  • Can line manage 1-2 juniors.

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

The ideal candidate would have:

  • Critical requirement is Brand Tracking and Pre Testing experience
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher from a relevant university (e. g. Marketing / Business/ Psychology / Economics / Communications etc.)
  • Experience with quantitative research methods and techniques
  • An interest in interpreting numbers and turning data into actionable stories for clients
  • A demonstrated background of taking initiative, being pro-active and a resourceful problem solver



In addition we are looking for a candidate that:

  • Knowledge of Brand Tracking and Pre Testing and experience working in these fields
  • Has excellent analytical skills
  • Is flexible and likes to work within a dynamic, international organisation
  • Enjoys communicating with clients and is happy to present findings
  • Is able to express him/herself professionally verbally and in writing
  • Is able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Is willing to manage all steps of a research project (from survey set up until delivery to client)
  • Is able to express themself perfectly in English, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of any other additional languages (German, French in particular) is an advantage
