Descripción
The Data Architecture plays a crucial role in leveraging company's data and analytics capabilities contributing to the achievement of the group's overall digital transformation ambition. Reporting to the Global Head of Data & Analytics you will define, implement, and own the overall enterprise data architecture (data strategy, data model, and integrations) ensuring data strategy and architecture support business needs while being in alignment with the data and analytics target operating model.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Design company's overall data architecture and lead its implementation
- Own and actively life cycle-manage the data architecture and continuously identify areas of improvement
- Liaison with relevant stakeholders across the organization to understand its data needs and collect and process data architecture relevant inputs
- Contribute substantially to technology decisions relating to the overall data and analytics infrastructure
- Contribute to identity and access as well as data security management frameworks

Requirements needed
Education
- Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering or closely related domain
Experience
10+ years of experience in information technology, preferably in a data-related role
- 5+ years of hands-on data architecture experience
- Experience in the design and development of analytical system landscapes
- Experience in AWS environment
- Strong knowledge of data engineering and the design of pipelines and ETL processes
- Hands-on analytics experience and knowledge of standard analytics tools
- Proficient with evaluation, implementation and maintenance of Master Data Management and Data Catalogue software
- Deep understanding of the operational dependencies of applications, networks, systems, security, and policies
- Data Quality Management and Data Architecture standardization experience
