¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

  • Be a key business partners for innovative and topline initiatives across the group and play a key role in the company's strategy
  • Revenue Growth Management including price and promo strategy, promo effectiveness, and trade spend optimization
  • Serve as central resource for pricing analysis, recommendations, and best in class reporting between Finance & Commercial teams.
  • Partner with International key accounts, providing insights and analysis to ensure the best possible basis for decision making.
  • Be part of monthly closing analysis in regards to variances of the actual and forecasted Net Sales performance
  • Manage the A&P Reporting, support the different stakeholders & give guidance to the teams regarding central A&P guidelines
  • Support Innovation roadmap by animating the process across sales & marketing teams
  • Develop business cases and ad-hoc analyses, as well as participate in key transversal projects

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar related studies. Master's degree is a plus.
  • At least +5 years of experience in commercial controlling in a multinational company (FMCG preferred). A combination of national and international exposure is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (French/German/Italian will be an asset)
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge in SAP & SAC, AFO, Power BI will be a plus.
  • Organized and detail oriented, rigorous on analysis and deadlines
  • Self-starter who demonstrates leadership skills and takes initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A true team player: ability to work effectively as part of a team
