Descripción

  • To ensure the coordination of all the asset management and O&M activities necessary for the operation of the renewable assets, achieving assigned targets.
  • To prepare current and long-term planning for operations and maintenance activities of the company in line with standard and local market practice and the guidelines provided by the Operations HQ global department.
  • To maintain the optimal asset production level, according to guidelines and assigned objectives, and identify possible actions to optimize production/operating performance, while protecting people's safety, the environment and the company's reputation.
  • To guarantee OPEX management and optimization of the assets assigned, in line with standard and local market practice and the guidelines provided by Operations HQ global department.
  • To implement and manage the Production and OPEX Budget/Forecast Models, in accordance with provided best practices.
  • To analyse the production data vs. the forecast and ensure the fine tuning of the model where necessary.
  • To organize, agree and manage the production reporting towards the Authorities (production forecasts and production records).
  • To ensure follow up of the invoicing of the Power Purchase Agreement in line with agreed production records.
  • To define and manage material management workflows and all administrative aspects of the asset, in coordination with the company's other departments (finance, legal, etc., for assigned responsibilities, in accordance with guidelines, objectives and technical instructions provided by Operations HQ global department and using (where applicable) framework agreements for renewable business.
  • To maintain strict liaison with the global Operations HQ Control Room for technical support and supervision of operations and maintenance activities
  • To ensure the identification and implementation of any upgrades on the renewable assets to comply with a change in law or new requirements from the grid operator.
  • To manage implementation of insurance policies and relationship with brokers/insurance companies in case of incident.
  • To participate in periodic meetings as requested by Operations HQ global department for technical and operational alignment activities.
  • To mitigate risks to health, safety, the environment and public safety, which might impact on the Company's assets and image, employees and other parties, in all our activities.
  • To develop, implement and keep updated the relevant company regulations (procedures, operating instructions) in conformity with applicable laws and requirements.

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

  • Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent. It will be considered a preferential title to have obtained a degree in electrical or energy engineering and to have previous experience in construction or operation of renewable assets.
  • Experience in photovoltaic and / or wind technology and electrical systems in LV, MV and (possibly) HV.
  • Experience of at least 5 years in the photovoltaic or wind sector and in the field of asset management or maintenance of utility scale plants.
  • Experience in managing operating budgets.
  • Experience in managing a work team.
  • Spanish mother tongue.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Good knowledge of French.
  • Availability for international mobility.
