The Regional HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a pivotal role in aligning people strategy with business objectives across the region. Acting as a trusted advisor to the Regional MD and executive leadership team, the HRBP drives strategic workforce planning, talent development, and organisational effectiveness.

Strategic Partnership & Leadership Support - Partner closely with the Regional MD and executive team to shape and deliver the regional people strategy using best practice from the centre. Provide guidance on succession planning, and leadership development. Influence and coach senior leaders to foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.

Change management - Lead change management initiatives aligned with business transformation.

Talent & Workforce Planning - Drive regional talent acquisition strategies in collaboration with Talent Acquisition teams. Lead workforce planning and capability assessments to support growth and agility. Champion internal mobility and career development pathways.

Employee Relations & Engagement - Act as a point of escalation for complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution with minimal disputes and appeals. Local knowledge of employment law and best practice required. Monitor and enhance employee engagement through targeted initiatives and feedback mechanisms.

Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the region.

HR Operations & Compliance - Oversee HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local employment law and regulations.

Collaborate with HR Central team to ensure seamless delivery of HR services. Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making.

Culture & Communication - Promote the company's values and culture through leadership alignment and employee initiatives. Facilitate effective communication between leadership and employees across regional sites

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

* At least 10 years of experienced HR leader. Experience leading HR across a multi-entity cross-cultural structure and integrating acquired businesses in a Private Equity context is a bonus.
*Deep understanding of local laws and regulation.
*Strong business acumen, strategic and commercial thinking, and an ability to be a sparring partner with regional leadership team and influence key stakeholders.
*Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills in English and Spanish.
*Ability to manage complexity and drive consistency in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
*Displays good judgement and accountability as well as confidence and gravitas, exhibiting a natural people focus while being data/KPI/metrics driven.
*Very high level of English. Available for travel as required.
