Performance Management:Support managers in implementing performance appraisal systems and continuous feedback processes.Validate goals, specially from the managers, to support Leaders in guarantying the properly connection to business goals and needs.Analyze performance data and collaborate on action plans to address gaps and recognize achievements. Learning and Development:Identify training needs and coordinate with Learning & Development teams to implement appropriate programs.Facilitate leadership development initiatives and career progression plans.Employee Engagement:Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.Conduct engagement surveys, analyze results, and implement improvement actions.Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:Promote an inclusive workplace by partnering with leadership to implement DEI initiatives.Act as a champion for diversity programs and activities.
