As Senior Controlling & Reporting Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring financial integrity, cost accuracy, and reliable reporting across the organisation. Your responsibilities will include cost control, inventory valuation, financial closing activities, audit coordination, fixed assets management, leasing oversight, and CAPEX monitoring.

You will support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes, ensuring alignment between systems, primarily SAP and Hyperion. You will drive cost analyses, responsible for leading the Business Plan, Forecast cycles, and providing ongoing financial support to the organisation, maintain statutory and IFRS forms, compute standard costs, and prepare product cost estimates. Additionally, you will coordinate audit procedures, maintain process documentation, and ensure compliance with internal policies and financial standards. The role combines autonomy, analytical responsibilities, and close collaboration with operational teams.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

A senior finance professional with a strong technical background and the ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders. We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or similar.
  • 5+ years of experience in controlling, cost accounting, financial reporting, or plant finance.
  • Strong experience in SAP (FI/CO, MM, PP) and Hyperion.
  • Solid understanding of inventory control, cost allocation, financial closing, CAPEX processes, and fixed assets management.
  • Experience working in industrial or midsize company environments.
  • High level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactivity, integrity, teamwork, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
