The Senior Compensation Manager - Europe reporting to the Senior Director, Global Compensation & Recognition, focused on compensation initiatives across Europe. This position will involve conducting market analysis, performing job evaluations, participating in global compensation surveys, and supporting the annual total compensation planning process.

  • Represent a perspective on key corporate compensation initiatives that align with our Client's compensation philosophy and strategic business goals.
  • Serve as a consultant to the Company's business units, providing guidance on various compensation matters, including job evaluations, compensation analyses, pay equity studies, and total compensation reviews.
  • Conduct market analysis and perform research to support compensation decisions and program recommendations to ensure a competitive pay position (internal/external) to attract, motivate and retain top talent.
  • Participate in annual salary surveys to submit compensation data reflective of Europe, New Markets, and Americas.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, Legal colleagues, and external consultants to ensure compliance with EU's Pay Transparency Directive in our pay practices across Europe.
  • Analyse the effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs and model the potential impact of alternative recommendations.
  • Participate in annual compensation planning analysis and reporting within the Workday Advanced Compensation module.
  • Oversee market analysis, grading/levelling and classification of all new and modified roles in Europe.
  • Prepare reports and perform extensive analysis of compensation data.
  • Monitor market trends and evaluate external competitiveness of company's salary administration programs.
  • Work with the US team to conduct market data analysis for designated European countries, aiming to establish updated competitive salary ranges each year.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years of relevant and progressive work experience, or 5+ with Master's degree.
  • Experience in Biotech or Pharma preferred.
  • Detailed-oriented with advanced analytical capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong influential and stakeholder engagement skills to drive collaboration and results.



Computer Skills:

  • Strong PC literacy required; MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with an emphasis on Excel).
  • Proficient in Workday.
