Descripción

  • Originate greenfield, acquisition or co-development opportunities for projects;
     

  • Manage the development of the assigned projects within budget from any stage to get them to a ready to build state, including dealing with any appeal process, managing landowners and negotiating land option/lease agreements with or without land agents and discharge of relevant planning conditions;
     

  • Manage JDAs with a wind & solar developer ensuring project risks are managed, budgeting is carried out appropriately and an economic buildable project achieves consent at the earliest opportunity;
     

  • Ensure health & safety standards are maintained, and adhere to the group's HSSE policy requirements, including the management of external consultants.
     

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in Project Management with strong background in renewables energies development, mainly in Spain;
     

  • A thorough understanding of the commercial/environmental/regulatory challenges facing all stages of wind and solar project development and the renewable energy industry;
     

  • Knowledge of GIS useful;
     

  • Understanding of Wind & Solar PV project development process;
     

  • Confident communicator to a range of audiences, be comfortable managing a team of external professionals and have strong people coordination skills;
     

  • Fluent in English.
