Senior BI Analyst

The Senior BI Analyst will do:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across different countries to define and implement the global reporting and analytics strategy.
• Define and implement the data operating model, including governance policies, processes, and standards.
• Design and implement data models that support business needs and enable efficient analytics.
• Develop and maintain reliable data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data quality, consistency, and availability.
• Create implementation plans in collaboration with business and multidisciplinary teams, including solution design, delivery approach, and relevant KPIs.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business decision-making.
• Work closely with internal teams to translate business requirements into practical data solutions.
• Monitor and ensure data quality, governance compliance, and system performance.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes, automate workflows, and improve data and analytics capabilities.
