- Previous governance and compliance experience in ecommerce/marketplace

The client is a multinational company leader in the Marketplace Industry.
Develop a deep understanding of the group's Buyers and Seller journey, including Onboarding, get and fulfil orders, returns and refunds, etc.
Define, implement and monitor Seller Health KPIs, to unsure that transactions are fulfilled in time
Implement Seller Health strategy with the objective to continuously improve seller health metrics, in a scalable way.
Design and implement Seller Policies in accordance with market, business and local governance needs.
Ensure that Sellers and Buyers are well aware and clear about the Platform Policies, including Fulfilment, Cancellations and Returns.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders on new business initiatives, to support a balance of business growth, risk exposure, customer experience and regulatory compliance.
Ensure that Onboarding and Fulfilment standards are clear for Sellers
Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)
Bachelor / Postgrad degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Computer science, Math or related fields
At least 4 years of relevant experience such as ecommerce, digital marketplace, online retail
Strong Project management skill with proven track record
Able to work in cross-cultural environment
Strong customer-first mindset
Comfortable communicating and interfacing with external stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong analytics skills, to extract (SQL) and analyse large data sets is a must
Willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment and experience working in an entrepreneurial environment
