  • Develop a deep understanding of the group's Buyers and Seller journey, including Onboarding, get and fulfil orders, returns and refunds, etc.


  • Define, implement and monitor Seller Health KPIs, to unsure that transactions are fulfilled in time


  • Implement Seller Health strategy with the objective to continuously improve seller health metrics, in a scalable way.


  • Design and implement Seller Policies in accordance with market, business and local governance needs.


  • Ensure that Sellers and Buyers are well aware and clear about the Platform Policies, including Fulfilment, Cancellations and Returns.


  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders on new business initiatives, to support a balance of business growth, risk exposure, customer experience and regulatory compliance.


  • Ensure that Onboarding and Fulfilment standards are clear for Sellers

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)



  • Bachelor / Postgrad degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Computer science, Math or related fields


  • At least 4 years of relevant experience such as ecommerce, digital marketplace, online retail


  • Strong Project management skill with proven track record


  • Able to work in cross-cultural environment


  • Strong customer-first mindset


  • Comfortable communicating and interfacing with external stakeholders


  • Excellent written and verbal communication


  • Strong analytics skills, to extract (SQL) and analyse large data sets is a must


  • Willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment and experience working in an entrepreneurial environment
