The Workstream Leader Operations is responsible for the maintenance and evolution of the SAP in the areas of Production Planning & Execution, Plant Maintenance and Quality Management aligned with company strategy defined and according to the internal procedures.

Main Assignments:

  • Manage the internal and external Team, including hiring, training, and performance management, to ensure that the team is aligned with the company IT strategy and objectives.
  • Actively participate in the Project implementations where the area is involved.
  • Estimate the efforts, workload and costs within the area and track the budget.
  • Lead and perform the application support in the area.
  • Define and implement company vision and strategy within the following SAP areas: PP/PM/QM.
  • Act as the key point of contact for the business counterparts (Business Process Owner - BPO), as well as other global and local IT colleagues.
  • Work closely with the BPOs and advise them in the most appropriate solutions to the Company needs and participate in the mid-term route map proposal in the area.
  • Deliver the SAP PP/PM/QM roadmap in scope, on time, and on budget.

Other Assignments:

Support other workstreams in the delivery of strategic cross-functional programs.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?



  • Required:

    The Workstream Leader Operations must be an expert in his domain with a track record of competency in any of these fields of SAP and related technologies linked to the area of responsibility and at least 15 years of relevant experience, including global programs / organizations.
    • Sustained leadership in a large organization involving multiple stakeholders.
    • Management skills, including Team leadership, personnel administration, budget ownership, staff training and development.
    • Experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementations and rollouts.
    • Experience in establishing financial and non-financial metrics and KPIs for reporting and performance management.
    • Strong knowledge of software and infrastructure design/architecture processes.
    • Experience in designing and managing a complex project roadmap/pipeline.
    • Experience and knowledge in complex architecture and integration landscapes.

    Appreciated: Experience in other SAP modules in the domain of operations and logistics will be highly appreciated.
