The SAP Solution Architect is responsible for designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA Cloud (RISE) systems with a "Clean Core" approach in a global industrial/manufacturing company. This role requires deep expertise across core SAP modules (MDM, MM, PP, WM, IM, SD, QM, WM, TM) and a strong understanding of development (ABAP, FIORI, BPC), SAP S/4HANA Cloud/RISE context, and program methodologies and architectures.

Descripción

    • Design and implement SAP S/4HANA Cloud (RISE) systems with a "Clean Core" approach.
    • Provide expertise across core SAP modules and development areas.
    • Ensure integration with other global platforms, particularly Informatica.
    • Lead the setup of enterprise structures, focusing on financial settings (company structure, data types, hierarchies, controlling areas, sales & purchase organizations, cost center/profit center structures, Chart of Accounts & GL structures, intercompany processes, integration mechanisms, development types).
    • Manage internal and external teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.
    • Estimate efforts, workload, and costs, and track the budget.
    • Lead and perform application support and regular SAP S/4HANA core maintenance tasks.
    • Actively participate in project implementations.
    • Manage expectations and day-to-day interactions with key stakeholders and sponsors.
    • Ensure delivery excellence based on defined processes and service levels.
    • Support other workstream leads in the delivery of strategic cross-functional programs.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • Master's degree from an accredited institution, with degree preferred in Computer Science or Information Technology systems security, or similar field (advanced degree preferred). Program Management and Industrial/Manufacturing experience is appreciated.
  • At least 15 years of experience of relevant experience as SAP Solution Architect in comparable environments / organizations / programs.
  • Strong knowledge of software and infrastructure design/architecture processes.
  • Experience and knowledge in complex architecture and integration landscapes.
  • Experience in designing and managing a complex project roadmap/pipeline.
  • Deep understanding of Enterprise Structures to be setup in SAP, especially when it comes to financial settings (company structure; sales & purchase data structures and hierarchies; financial and controlling structures, including cost center/profit venter, Chart of Accounts and GL; intercompany processes, integration and development technologies and standards...).
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud experience (RISE) and experience with the "Clean Core" implementation approach is appreciated.
