The Salesforce Solutions Architect professional, will have the following responsibilities:

Owns the full lifecycle of digital projects from initial business need through solution design, technical architecture, build, delivery, and seamless handover to support. Acts as the technical authority and business partner, combining deep expertise in Salesforce, cloud, web, networking and cybersecurity with strong business understanding and delivery focus. This role includes end-to-end project management activities (driving scope, priorities, and execution) to ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet business expectations. Transforms rough ideas into robust, scalable digital solutions that generate business value.

  • Design and implement effective technology architectures tailored to business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes and deliverables.
  • Analyze existing systems and recommend enhancements for improved performance and scalability.
  • Ensure alignment of technology solutions with organizational goals and industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during project execution.
  • Document architectural designs and ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Evaluate and integrate new tools, technologies, and frameworks as needed.
  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

A successful Salesforce Solutions Architect should have:

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical discipline

· 10+ years' experience in technical roles (solution architect, senior engineer, or similar), with clear ownership of end-to-end delivery

· Demonstrated hands-on experience with Salesforce stack (Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Core), as well as web/cloud/networking/cybersecurity

· Experience leading projects from initial scoping through go-live and support transition

· Business-level English fluency

· Ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive execution without authorityNice to have:

· Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration (with a technology focus), or Digital Transformation is highly desirable

· Experience in large-scale region/word-wide rollouts

· Certifications in Salesforce Architecture, AWS/Azure/GCP, cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM), or project management (PMP, Agile/Scrum).
