  • Property Management: Coordinate and oversee a portfolio of luxury residential properties.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute sales strategies specific to luxury properties, including identifying the target audience, planning exclusive events, and collaborating with local real estate agents for effective promotion.
  • Local Agent Network: Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with local real estate agents in Costa del Sol to leverage their networks, resources, and market knowledge in promoting luxury properties.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and guiding them through the luxury home buying process.
  • Negotiation and Sales Closure: Negotiate sale terms and close luxury property deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales goals.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously monitor luxury real estate market trends, identifying opportunities and threats to adapt sales strategies and leverage local agent connections.

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as real estate or business)
  • At least 8 years of experience in luxury property sales in real estate.
  • Deep knowledge of the luxury real estate market, including current trends and regional differences.
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish. Proficiency in languages such as Swedish or Scandinavian languages are highly valuable will be valuable.
  • Strong network of local real estate agents in the area (highly valued).
  • Based in Costa del Sol.
