- Scope of business, components for hygienic disposables:
- Components for diapers baby & adult incontinence
- Printed films for pouches, femcare and light incontinence
- Components for femcare pads
- Substrates for the wipes industry
- Geographical area: Spain, Portugal and Southern America - Sub Sahel Africa with focus on South Africa.
- Moderate business base established with untapped growing potential.
- The candidate will work within a geographic organized sales force.
- She/He will set up sales budget and an execution plan in line with the corporate strategy.
- She/He will manage sales activities in the designated area, travel there frequently and detect projects and convince customers of the added-value of product portfolio.
- She/He will set-up a network of traders, agents where this can be beneficiary to the growth of the company.
- She/He will actively work together with the different plants and other services within the segment.
- She/He will report to sales director.
Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)
- Experience in this line of business & countries is a preferred asset, alternatively experience in sales of converted of paper, plastics, nonwoven.
- Language skills geared to these markets: Spanish, Portuguese, English, French.
- Able to operate in challenging business environment, sniper profile.
- Able to operate independently out of a home office and prepared to travel frequently.
- Experience in working for an international corporation and not afraid to take ownership when needed.
