To lead and establish the Revenue Management practice of a leader in a high-growing sector by overseeing pricing strategies and revenue optimization. Our client is a southern-European leader in the student living and flexible accommodation sector, with 20 operating assets, more than 8.000 in operation and another 2.000 under development who aims to expand its leadership role, and to do that we have two obsessions: our clients' experience, safety and wellbeing on the one hand, and securing our shareholders´ return by maximizing our revenue and operating margins on the other.

Descripción

  • Keep leadership of the company's Revenue Management department.
  • Management of rates and inventory of the assets, ensuring the best pricing policy at all times.
  • Responsible for maximizing revenues, market share and profit.
  • Market analysis and price review of the competition, in order to optimize incomes.
  • Development of an effective pricing strategy in the different channels for current establishments and new openings.
  • Study of the pick up and forecast with own production tables.
  • Creation of statistics and monthly productions.
  • Responsible to manage the Daily Pick up.
  • Pricing and yield guidelines for rates, room types, and customer segments.
  • Quotation and approval of the feasibility of group requests.
  • Allotment management control (inventory management, guarantees, availability, etc.).
  • Responsible to realize the Market Analysis or Driving Market Share and Revenue Performance through proper pricing, market, and channel mix distribution.
  • Accomplish a regular report to the Management.
  • Participation in different projects.
  • Practice a relentless approach to safety and welfare by adherence to any and all safety policies and processes in our organization.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • 5-8 years experience in a revenue environment leading people.
  • Experience of complex and high-volume rate management.
  • Experience in the Higher Education, FMCG or Student Accommodation sector is highly preferable.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish both oral and written.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel.
  • Highly responsive to changes in the business, incredible attention to detail, and results orientated.
  • Highly organized, methodical and efficient, a collaborative leader, and a great team player with strong emotional intelligence.
