As a Retail Area Manager, you will be part of the Multinational Retail team, the most important channel for the next coming years, in a business contribution.

Ensure & evaluate the Operations in the stores on a regular basis, ensure all store standards are in place and aligned to Global company standards.
Support and maintain high operational efficiency strategy within stores
Ensure effective project management of stores overseeing the flooring teams and in charge of the stores Managers
Work closely with head of Retail within market to define local Retail Standards & Operations strategies.
Ensure all key communications are cascaded to store teams to in a timely manner to enable clear and communications & ensure the communications contents
Coach and Develop store operational teams in partnership with RRHH department taking care of their evaluation and development plans. Also the good practices in store concerning the teams
Ensure the staff training and properly scheduling staff alignment with the P&L and cost efficiency
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive and deliver end-to-end process controls for operations
Ensure the implementation of New Training and Operational policies, also updating often. This includes new hires On-boarding employees
Work closely with the store manager to ensure the sales targets & monthly performance, implement actions plans to ensure the store objectives achievement
Define & review the process to drive the accuracy of stock controls within stores, Cash Management , Staff good practices, P&L costs and optimization plans
Ensure weekly operational meeting with the Store Manager to check the region status
Work closely with IT to ensure retail changes are managed, prioritized and controlled effectively, and store technical solutions are fit for purpose and aligned to the customer experience/journey.
Ensure the safety process in-stores & deploy to all the network. Also promote the self assessments in the stores to ensure all the processes
Daily Analyze all the sales evolution in Retail channel & ensure the qualitative & quantity KPIs performance, track, monitor, and assessment of KPIs to drive a growth as well as store-level and brand performance to ensure consistent excellence across the retail network.
Observe market & competitor behaviors, provide insights and highlight growth opportunities for discussion in the Retail team.
Overall responsibility of special project execution across all applicable channels to improve retail sales, (e.g. conversion rate improvement initiative) to maximize profitability. For special retail projects, consolidate feedback and measure the use of new tools/initiatives and ensure feedback loop to Customer Service and Global retail team.
Manage P&L per POS ensuring staff accuracy & general Operations cost optimization creating a sustainable network
Perfil Buscado (Hombre/Mujer)
- Experience within a similar position in Retail, managing a number of different stores.
- Experience ideally in a Premium Retail Brand (could be fashion, sports, cosmetics, electronic goods...)
- Fluent in English
- Customer centric
- Kpi´s and resutls oriented
- Dynamic and proactive
