As a Sales Manager, you will manage operational sales efforts and foster the growth of both existing and new accounts. Your primary objective will be to cultivate high-value markets for our client´s softwood and eucalyptus-based plywood, protecting value and providing the company the highest return. Collaborating closely with the Europe Area Sales Director, you'll execute a strategic sales approach across Europe, Northern Africa, Middle East.

To support this expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Europe

Descripción

  • Preparation of the commercial budget in collaboration with CCO, establishing annual sales objectives.
  • Business Development Management: Prospecting new accounts and retaining existing ones. Market development.
  • You will collaborate within a professional, multinational sales team environment
  • Executing our commercial sales strategy to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, including negotiating with customers to meet price and volume objectives.
  • Expanding sales reach across Europe and other regions by identifying and nurturing relationships with new clients, emphasizing post-sales support and relationship management.
  • Ensuring pricing and margin control while conducting thorough sales analysis, informed business intelligence and strategic planning.
  • Providing extensive technical support and assisting with claim resolution for various end-use applications.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • A Bachelor's degree in sales or a related field is required.
  • Preferred experience in the international panels/plywood industry
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or a similar capacity, with a proven track record in customer relationship management.
  • Strong grasp of customer and market dynamics, with strong strategic selling and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with sales and business systems/tools (e.g., SAP).
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and adept at English communication; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
