As a Purchaser you will be responsible for negotiating supplier contracts, defining long-term allocation strategies, and driving supplier development. Collaboration will be at the heart of your role, working closely with Manufacturing, Sustainability, Supply Chain, Finance, and Procurement teams.

  • Strategic Procurement Planning: Design and execute procurement strategies that align with market dynamics and business objectives.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Identify, assess, and cultivate strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure a stable and sustainable supply.
  • Cost Optimization: Negotiate pricing and contract terms to achieve cost-effectiveness while upholding quality and service standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align procurement strategies with overall business goals and effectively communicate policies and procedures.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Monitor supply chain risks and evolving regulations to proactively address potential disruptions.
  • Contract Negotiation & Management: Draft, evaluate, and negotiate contracts while ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators to assess supplier performance, manage inventory, and optimize costs, providing insights to leadership.
  • Process Enhancement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to refine procurement operations and drive efficiency gains



¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • Educational Background: A degree in engineering, supply chain management, business administration, economics, or a related discipline.
  • Professional Experience: 3 years of experience in international procurement.
  • Sustainability Commitment: A strong motivation to contribute to sustainability initiatives and the reduction of the company's carbon footprint.
  • Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to establish and maintain professional networks, fostering effective collaboration.
  • Negotiation & Relationship Management: Proven aptitude for negotiation and the development of long-term, strategic supplier partnerships.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: A meticulous, detail-oriented approach combined with the ability to maintain a broad, strategic perspective.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional European languages is an asset.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Power BI and SAP MM is advantageous.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel within Europe (approximately 30%).
