Project Manager - Tech Industry (hybrid) - 6 months contract

Reporting to the Manager of the division, your main responsibilities will be:

• Process Management &Optimization:
  • Lead the end-to-end funding approval workflow
  • Develop and implement standardized processes for funding request evaluation
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Design and maintain tracking systems for funding requests and approvals
• Decision Making
  • Evaluate funding proposals for financial viability and alignment with organizational objectives
  • Conduct thorough analysis of funding requests using established criteria
  • Make data-driven recommendations for funding approvals
  • Monitor and analyze approval trends to inform process improvements
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and business units to understand funding needs
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on program status and metrics
  • Lead cross-functional meetings to address funding-related challenges
• Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure all approvals align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain documentation of approval processes and decisions
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks in the funding approval process
  • Stay current with internal policies
