Kronospan is a world-leading manufacturer of wood-based panels using advanced technology with 125 years history of success with over 50 plants across the globe, and as such, we have pioneered many of our industry's key advances and will continue to lead product development and innovation into the future.We are going to open build third production plant in Spain, located in Tortosa. With an initial investment of 270 million euros and more than 180 direct jobs. The group will invest in Tortosa around than 500 million euros in the coming years and reach at least 300 employees. This new Greenfield location will help us to expand our European operations and explore new and emerging markets.
Descripción
Depending on the CEO of Spain his/her main responsibilities wiil be:- Management of the entire production team and resources complying with Kronospan quality standards.
- Responsible for all investment in the factory. Propose and develop new investment to reduce production costs.
- Follow-up all innovations (R+D+i) of the factory.
- Maintenance of the factory in perfect conditions. Mechanical / electrical tank control.
- People: identify good employees to develop them. Keep a motivated team. Build a team with fully committed people.
Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)
We are searching for a production plant manager, with mechanical engineering degree, industrial degree, automation specialization, knowledge in industrial maintenance, and more than 10 years in a manufacturing industry with a clear track record of his career. Experience implementing projects will be appreciated.High level of English at a professional competence will be an essential requirement.We are looking for an exceptional personality, with strong leadership and communication, social skills, intuition, analytical and diagnostic skills, highly organized, strong sense of time organization and urgency, dynamism, self-demand and decision-making, strategizing, multitasking, courage and passion. quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus and adapt to a variety of challenges.
