  • Taking ownership in adapting the C&B modules of Workday and leading the implementation across our different regions (adapting to the best process practices of Workday)
  • Identify opportunities for standardization to drive great efficiency
  • Contribute to the simplification and harmonization of compensation, benefits and HR Operations policies and standard work processes including the areas of salary management, incentives, and recognition across the different regions
  • Advise top management on challenges and decision-making related to C&B
  • Prepare Human Resource Committee presentation on (executive) remuneration and manage the administration of Long Term Incentive.
  • Manage common Compensation processes and liaise with Group, Regional and Country HR colleagues on individual remuneration issues

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

  • At least 8 - 10 years of experience in the field of Performance and Reward
  • Expertise in implementation of and best practices for the common worldwide Performance and Reward initiatives
  • A proven track record with Performance and Reward initiatives and building or leading projects from start to finish
  • A mind for strategy but not afraid to get your hands dirty getting the work done
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Aquisition - and integration experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able build a compelling business case with ease
  • Strong networking - and influencing skills with the ability to operate effectively within a matrix environment
  • Fluent in English language
