Your key functions would include:

  • Partner with franchisees to ensure restaurants are maintained and developed to the highest standards.
  • Complete quarterly business reviews with each franchise communities to build awareness, share best practice and build comradery and culture within partner group.
  • Use structured store visits to provide regular feedback to Franchisee and team.
  • Attend Franchise Partner communication meetings to ensure knowledge and expectations are aligned with OPs and Franchisee.
  • Build relationships with key support contacts in the office to ensure timely support to franchisees for any issues and concerns.

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

Your skills required are:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree.
  • Operational Experience and Know How.
  • Experience in dealing with franchise partners.
  • Exceptional negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Consistently high communication skills both written and verbal, enabling them to take people with you.
  • Analytical mind capable of understanding and applying systematic actions plus conceiving step change ideas to bring the Ops Capability Action Plans to life.
