Oversee packing and shipping processes to ensure safe and timely delivery.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the logistics and operations team, fostering a positive and productive work environment to achieve company goals.¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?Experience: Minimum of 5 years in logistics and warehouse management roles, with demonstrated experience in leading teams.Industry Knowledge: Desirable background in the fashion, sports, or retail sector.Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of transportation and customs processes and international regulations.Software Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
