- Develop and execute manufacturing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives across the different production's plants around Europe.
- Direct manufacturing and production activities to achieve corporate objectives.
- Implement best practices, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of excellence to achieve strategic business objectives.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive accountability.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and practices.
- Work closely with various departments, including manufacturing, supply chain, and quality, to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
- Ensure all processes comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and quality management systems such as ISO certifications.
- Leverage technological advancements and data analytics to drive operational improvements.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality or efficiency.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering studies is a must (Industrial, Chemical, Food Industry, or similar).
- Postgraduate studies at a prestigious business school will be a plus.
- High English level.
- Proven experience in a senior manufacturing management role in an international multisite environment.
- Experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- At least 3 years of experience working in an operational excellence environment or a related role.
- Demonstrated expertise in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality management systems.
- Proven ability to leverage manufacturing processes, technologies, and best practices to optimize operational efficiency and productivity.
- Monitored and reported on key performance metrics, driving data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to make an impact, influence and the leadership required.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
- Strong leadership and management abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire.
- Innovative thinker.
