Mixologist - Luxury 5-Star Hotel (Spain)

The person will be responsible for:

• Design and execute a signature cocktail menu aligned with the hotel's brand and clientele.
• Ensure consistency and excellence in drink preparation, presentation, and service.
• Train and mentor bar staff in mixology techniques, product knowledge, and service standards.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with the F&B team to develop seasonal offerings, events, and pairings.
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and enhance their experience.
• Stay updated on global mixology trends and bring innovation to the bar program.
