Mergers and Acquisitions Manager

Reporting to the VP of the area, your mail responsibilities will be:

Manage and advise on various transactions (transformational, adjacent and in-market) from origination through to execution, with a high degree of autonomy;
Manage internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure clear accountability and progress remains on track;
Prepare and present investment case materials to senior group and market executives;
Act as a centre of excellence in reviewing, challenging and supporting transactions, projects and associated agreements;
Perform due diligence, research, analysis and documentation of transactions;
Liaise with local markets to validate and analyze potential M&A opportunities in line with the group M&A road-map;
Provide expert guidance and support on executing transactions.
