  • Assisting in designing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Plan and execute advertising channels including strategy, implementation, and continuous optimization.
  • Support the development of high quality, engaging and original content and commercial material to promote thecompany across a variety of platforms (print, broadcast and digital), with the overall aim of raising the companyprofile, particularly among new audiences, adapting content to overseas cultural preferences, driving engagement and ultimately supporting lead generation and business line sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze effectiveness of marketing programs, making necessary adjustments to improve ROI. Facilitate data-driven decisions with Management Team and overseas Marketing Team to balance business impact and efficiency.
  • Plan and manage the marketing budget in collaboration with the Marketing overseas Team. Forecast targets and adjust budget distribution to achieve key objectives.
  • Event planning, PR planning and delivery - support overseas Marketing Team in managing briefs to deliver PR campaigns and events that are in line with the company's strategic business objectives.
  • Develop and manage the Spanish Marketing Team. Motivate, inspire, support the different teams towards their goals.
  • Consulting - provide counsel to the company's Management Team and overseas Marketing Manager on our communications needs. Serve as a subject-matter-expert on all digital and non-digital marketing partnering with senior leadership.
  • Continuous market research and identifying emerging opportunities.
  • Assisting in achieving sales plans for the year and ensuring that the sales team meets its annual sales goals.
  • Improvement and maintenance of constant communication, accuracy of reporting and collection of data.
  • Continuously and progressively improving processes and company wide performance.

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

  • The ideal candidate is a driven, highly organized, self-motivated, responsible and accountable individual, a positive team player and team leader. He or she must have international experience, knowledge about business, sales and marketing strategy knowledge (digital and non-digital) as well as web management expertise.
  • MBA or other master's degree in the fields related to Marketing, Sales and Business Administration.
  • 5 - 8 years of marketing and sales experience.
  • Experience delivering projects across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Passionate about different marketing tools and strategies.
  • Abilities to make and manage reports.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience leading strategic marketing initiatives and driving alignment with cross-functional teams and leaders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strategic planning, critical thinking and pro activity.
  • Strong analytic skills: extracting and handling business and performance data.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to details and abilities to manage priorities.
  • Open minded and strong social, intercultural and interpersonal skills. We work with different countries and cultures.This person will need to adapt, be flexible and open minded.
