The most prestigious e-commerce and distance selling brands rely on them.
In 2010, they launched a new product for private individuals, in direct competition with state-owned operators: parcel delivery directly from a point of convenience (lockers/stores).


- Own the end-to-end process for locker deployments in Spain
- Be responsible for attaining/exceeding set goals for each step of the deployment
- Hire and manage a team to support on all day-to-day functions
- Implement relevant processes for all pre-deployment and deployment steps
- Set, manage, and monitor KPIs
- Implement necessary reporting and tracking tools
- Find efficiencies and new creative ways to improve our processes
- Manage the relationship with all 3rd party sub-contractors used

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

- Native Spanish and fluent in English
- Minimum of 5-7 years' experience
- Ideally experience in a comparable or similar role
- Proven track record of success exceeding goals
- Operations and/or project management experience
- Ability to manage complex situations and multiple partners at one time
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal, and partner management skills
- Experience setting up processes for tracking, reporting, and analytics
