Descripción

  • Design and optimize deep learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs), using advanced and quantum-inspired techniques.
  • Fine-tune and benchmark models for accuracy, robustness, and efficiency across diverse use cases.
  • Develop AI applications such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and AI agents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver custom solutions for clients in areas like LLMs and computer vision.
  • Deploy models in production environments, leveraging cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
  • Maintain documentation and share expertise, mentoring junior team members and contributing to code reviews.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in AI and recommend new tools and technologies.



¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • Holds a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Has 2+ years of hands-on experience designing, training, and fine-tuning deep learning models, ideally with transformers or computer vision.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace.
  • Solid understanding of deep learning algorithms, GPU architectures, and LLM infrastructures.
  • Experienced with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker) for deploying AI solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with MLOps, HPC clusters, RAG systems, and responsible AI practices.
