Reporting directly to the Head of OPS¿Dónde vas a trabajar?Important quick-service restaurant Company (KFC Iberia)DescripciónThe key functions would include:Partner with 17 franchisees to ensure restaurants within the BMU are maintained and developed to the highest standards of Customer, Hospitality, Accuracy, Maintenance, Product and Speed.Recommend action plans to ensure continued progress in all Brand, Local and Food Safety standards as well as customer Experience.Use structured store visits to provide regular feedback to Franchisee and team.Execute towards AOP Projects which support growth of the BMU and brand.
