¿Dónde vas a trabajar?

Our client is a renowned multinational corporation in the FMCG industry. With a strong global presence, they have a large workforce and are a leader in the healthcare department. Known for their high-quality products, the company continues to grow and expand its operations.

¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

  • Responsible for leading, developing & executing Pharma sales strategy in collaboration with external Pharma Distributor, (main contact with the external Pharma Distributor)
  • Responsible for building the Budget with Pharma Distributors and establishing main KPIS:Sell tru, Sell out, Share of Market, Distribution in the 3 key type of customers…
  • Manage Pharma P&L, demand, investment and other internal KPIs.
  • Monitoring Company & Key Competitors Key activities in an Omni Channel market and do proper sell out analysis to bring recommendations and actions plans.
  • Provide Professional and Pharma perspective: insights & innovative solutions.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

A successful 'KAM - Pharma OTC' should have:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in Key Account Management, preferably in Pharmacies.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A strong understanding of the OTC pharmaceutical market.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales and business objectives.
