Reporting to the CEO, your main responsibilities will be:
Managing the finance for the main company and subsidiaries;
Be in continuous contact with their financial advisor and be up to date with any new company, tax, and changing laws;
Lead the administrative support to management;
Support the financial planning and analysis efforts, including budgeting;
Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits, and also the relationship with banks;
Prepare financial statements and reports supported by their advisors as well;
Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions;
Aid our employment adviser in contracts and visa requirements;
Participate with the CEO in opportunities to share to investors.
Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)
We are looking someone with a Bachelor Degree in Economics/Finance, with at least 5 years of experience, and a deep knowledge of Spanish GAAP and local taxes. A spanish speaker who is fluent in english, with a positive attitude and full of energy, that probable is exhausted of the typical finance structur and want to change things in a new environment. Also advanced spreadsheets knowledge for reporting and as operational tools, analytical, organised, and systematic skills. ideally with previous experience with multi-currency accounting and exchange rate hedging. If you have previous experience in SAGE that would be great!
