Descripción
- take care of the analysis of the portfolio performance and the definition of the AuM return-targets, in line with overall company strategy and with investment's risk profile.
- oversee the activities of the asset business planning and valuation.
- oversee Property and Facility management services, service standards, service best practices and service contract review.
- take care of the tenant satisfaction survey and oversee the improvement action plans.
- oversee and enhance the commercial relationship with the key tenants also through dedicated marketing and communication initiatives and guidelines.
- oversee the digitalization of the Asset Management, Property Management in cooperation with Chief Digital and Transformation Officer function.
Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)
- Around 3 - 4 years expertise Asset Management and Letting role;
- Experience with modeling independently complex and large scale real estate activities across all asset classes from scratch and ability to analyse, interpret and summarize the result;
- Experience in letting and tenant relationship
- High IT literacy with particular focus on Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven exposure and demonstrable track record within real estate asset management, including leasing negotiation within international environment
- Fluent spoken and written English
