Descripción
- Serve as the IT point of contact for the Zaragoza plant
- Provide effective IT support to the Zaragoza plant and associates for all local systems, applications, servers and workstations, leveraging local and global IT/OT vendors and outsourced support staff
- [during the plant's construction phase] Act as the local IT project leader, working closely with external suppliers, the division's and corporate's IT teams to secure timely deployment of IT infrasture and systems required by the Zaragoza plant for its validation and successful ramp-up of commercial production
- Lead or support the implementation of IT initiatives linked to local site projects, ensuring consistent and effective execution, coordination and communication. Support Corporate initiatives for manufacturing IT/OT infrastructure and cybersecurity
- Act as technical resource for the Zaragoza engineering and facilities groups to deliver OT solutions for controls, automation, manufacturing networks, manufacturing network security, and machine connectivity
- Provide support to Production, Quality and other teams on Enterprise systems such as process controls and automation, reporting and analytics systems (e.g. MES, KPI tools, etc…) and others as directed
- Accountable for the lifecycle management of infrastructure, applications & services. Support the Zaragoza leadership team to formulate the strategy for retaining, retiring and replacing local applications
- Drive IT/OT continuous improvement for the Zaragoza plant, leveraging best practices from other manufacturing sites, the corporate IT office and/or other industries
- Develop and constantly strengthen knowledge and capability in manufacturing technologies and Industry 4.0 in order to act as subject matter expert supporting the Zaragoza's leadership team on the design and execution of its smart factory roadmap
Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)
Academic Background:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, or a related field
Valuable knowledge & experiences:
- Project Management
- Start-up mindset and can-do attitude
- Vendor & stakeholder relationship management
- Knowledge in deskside support and infrastructure management (incl. Active Directory, Networking, Cloud services, SQL)
- Experienced in working in manufacturing environment
- Expertise in Smart Factory / Industry 4.0
- Manufacturing execution systems
- Cybersecurity
- Continuous improvement methodology (problem solving, kaizen, etc.)
- Budget management
Languages:
- Fluent in Spanish
- English: Professional Working Proficiency
