* Direct and Manage Delivery of the Roadmap:

  • Accountable for delivering the portfolio on time, within budget, and meeting quality and value targets.
  • Drive change and take corrective actions when needed, escalating issues to leadership.
  • Manage third‑party contributors, ensuring their work is tracked and delivered according to commitments.
  • Guide internal and external teams in applying Agile best practices.
  • Influence and manage key stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Oversee and control the portfolio budget.
  • Ensure solution design aligns with strategy and is followed during implementation.
  • Support innovation with flexible delivery approaches.
  • Conduct quality assurance on individual projects.
  • Serve as the escalation point for project managers and third parties.
  • Ensure progress tracking and reporting across all stakeholders.
  • Directly manage critical projects or discovery phases when required.



* Manage the Project Management Function:

  • Line‑manage project managers and service delivery managers, across permanent and contract roles.
  • Lead the third‑party project management team.
  • Mentor team members to support professional growth and capability development.
  • Implement Agile delivery best practices following guidance from the Head of Digital Delivery.
  • Foster continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and a high‑performing team culture capable of managing change beyond IT.



* Performance Measurement:

  • Performance will be assessed against objectives agreed with the Head of Digital Delivery.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • Proven experience managing global programmes or multi‑project portfolios.
  • Strong background in implementing and overseeing Agile delivery processes.
  • Experience developing and scaling self‑sufficient Agile teams.
  • Hands‑on experience managing IT programmes or project portfolios, covering requirements gathering, design, technical delivery, and business change.
  • Direct line‑management experience, ideally including managing Project Managers.
  • Experience in programme‑level financial management or overseeing budgets across multiple projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience coordinating and managing vendors and third‑party partners.
  • Strong delivery‑oriented mindset and execution focus.
  • Excellent communication skills for managing relationships with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and senior leadership.
