IT Data Architect (BCN/MAD)

Technical expertise:

• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Azure data services, including Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Data Factory.
• Data modeling: Experience in designing and implementing data models, with knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
• Cloud computing: In-depth understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience with deploying data solutions on Azure.
• Data security and privacy: Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations, and the ability to design and implement data protection and compliance solutions on Azure.
• Data integration: Experience with data integration, processing, and management in a cloud environment, using tools such as Azure Data Factory and Azure Stream Analytics.
• SQL and T-SQL: Proficiency in SQL and T-SQL for querying and manipulating data in Azure databases.
• Big data technologies: Knowledge of big data technologies such as Apache Hadoop, Spark, and Hive, and experience with integrating them with Azure data solutions.
• Azure DevOps: Familiarity with Azure DevOps and the ability to automate data pipeline deployment, testing, and monitoring.
• Project Management: Experience in project management, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Data governance: Ability to design and implement data governance policies, metadata management, and data cataloging practices.
• Communication and collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including business leaders, data scientists, and developers.
