Descripción

  • Analyze and improve business processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address process improvement opportunities.
  • Define and document business requirements for technology solutions.
  • Coordinate with the Technology department to implement process changes.
  • Ensure alignment of business processes with organizational goals and strategies.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of implemented processes.
  • Provide training and support to teams on new processes and technologies.
  • Act as a point of contact for process-related inquiries and issues.

A successful IT Business Process Owner should have:

  • Strong knowledge of business process management principles.
  • SAP project experience and other tools.
  • Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector is advantageous.
