Their Livestock Solutions division delivers advanced products and services that empower livestock producers to achieve optimal results while prioritizing animal welfare and environmental stewardship.DescripciónDevelop and execute the international growth strategy for Livestock Solutions, including the development of a concrete and ambitious growth plan integrating investments, cost calculations and market opportunities.Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across key regions: Europe, AFMEA (Africa, Middle East & Asia), APAC (Asia-Pacific), and CEE (Central & Eastern Europe).Team Management & Development: Build, lead, and inspire a team of global Area Managers and Technical Sales.Market & Partnership Development: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including producers, distributors, veterinarians, and regulatory entities.Commercial Excellence: Drive commercial performance by setting and achieving sales, profitability, and market share objectives.Innovation & Regulatory Compliance: o Lead innovation initiatives based on customer insights and market trends. Monitor and ensure compliance with biocide and nutrition legislation across all markets together with the internal regulatory affairs team.Maintain and strengthen strong presence in core markets such as Western Europe, Spain, the UK, and the Americas.¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?Senior, commercially driven professional with a proven experience in the livestock industry and a deep understanding of the international livestock business. Preferably a veterinarian with a solution-oriented mindset. Strong strategic leadership and people skills. Relationship builder and networker with a clear customer-focus. Fluent in English (mandatory); Good knowledge of Spanish is a strong asset. Willingness to travel internationally (±40%) and be regularly present at the Belgian headquarters.
