  • Organisational design and Well-being:



Foster a positive work environment aligned with organisational values.

Implement policies prioritising employees' well-being.

  • Regulatory Compliance:



Ensure the company's policies comply with labour laws and regulations.

Manage legal and ethical issues related to employees.

  • Digital Transformation and HR Tech:



Implement technologies to enhance the efficiency of HR processes.

Use data analytics to make strategic decisions about talent management.

  • Internal Communication:



Maintain clear and effective communication about policies, changes, and goals.

Act as a bridge between management and employees to ensure organisational alignment.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience as an HR Director or Manager in multinational environments
  • A high level of English (spoken and written) is essential
  • Experience in Organisational design
  • Experience in Restructurings
  • Experience in company mergers (M&A)
  • Experience in managing/negotiating with Unions (strong labour relations background)
  • Experience in Design and Harmonisation of HR processes and policies
  • Experience in Digital and Cultural Transformation
