Reporting to the HR Director and CEO, your main responsibilities will be:
Building project plan for delivery and providing risk assessment and practical solutions using project management methodologies in the department;
Defining project scope with sponsor and aligns with relevant stakeholders(internal and externals);
Identifying key stakeholders to include throughout the programme and provide updates at appropriate times;
Lead the day-to-day project management activities and decision making, escalating risks, issues and impact discussions to key stakeholders as required;
HR systems configuration, setting data standards and ensuring the relevant reporting on time;
Ensuring communications and stakeholder plans are in place;
Working closely with stakeholders in the team to ensure the system delivers the needs of the team and supports improvements across the employee life-cycle;
Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)
We are looking a Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related, with at least 10 years of experience in the HR division, but also with a change management approach. The right candidate have experience leading the project management initiatives of multinational companies, under a PM methodology, with strong influencing and negotiation skills. By the other hand, we need someone with ability to clarify complex issues and synthesize them in simple terms, managing multiple priorities and shift focus between projects / tasks. Finally and excellent English and good knowledge of tools/software's that can be used in the HR topics.
