- Lead HR Operations Teams for integration projects.
- Deliver proactive, Employee-centric HR Operations: Onboarding, Performance &
Talent, Reward, Benefits, Labor Relations, Payroll, Offboarding and HR Systems. - Drive HR Digital Transformation:Processes Automation, Optimize Payroll, Onboarding experience.
- Business Integration: Centralize HR Technology, Operating model and Labor conditions.
- Unify Vendors. Coach and develop employees in the new culture. Deliver redundancy program post-integration.
- Ensuring acceptance of legal requirements and keeping 100% business continuity in transition through right change management.
Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)
- HR Generalist experience, mostly in labor relations, HR Controlling, and administration.
- Involved in and led M&A integration projects.
- +10 years of experience.
- Fluent in English.
