Syndicated Financing Support* Coordinate documentation and analytical work to secure large-scale syndicated bank financing.

* Prepare Term Sheets, compiling financial projections, business plans, and historical statements to support negotiations on key financial terms (interest rates, fees, covenants, repayment).

* Support syndicate formation and documentation management, assisting the arranging bank in recruiting participants and drafting loan agreements that clearly define roles and liabilities.

* Coordinate due diligence and fund disbursement documentation, ensuring all lender requirements (legal opinions, collateral details, compliance materials) are met.Credit Rating Process* Lead data compilation and act as the primary liaison with rating agencies (e.g., S&P, Moody's).

* Prepare analytical submissions including audited financials, cash flow projections, and debt schedules.

* Support management during rating presentations, ensuring consistent communication of financial profile and strategy.

* Monitor post-rating compliance, ensuring timely updates to agencies on relevant corporate events (e.g., M&A, changes in leverage).High-Yield Bond Issuance Support* Assist in structuring the bond and developing the credit story through detailed financial modelling and analysis.

* Prepare documentation for the Offering Memorandum, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and accurate financial disclosures.

* Coordinate roadshow materials, investor Q&A, and support final pricing execution.

* Oversee post-issuance documentation, ensuring covenant compliance and proceeds verification.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.

* Experience: Minimum 15 years in corporate finance within banks or listed companies with international exposure, preferably in industrial, infrastructure, or energy sectors.

* Proven experience in large-scale financings and interaction with top-tier banks and rating agencies.

* Solid understanding of credit ratings, syndicated lending, and high-yield bond issuance.

* Familiarity with green finance solutions is an advantage.

* Fluency in English and Spanish.

* Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., Bloomberg, liquidity management platforms).

* Strong analytical and organizational skills.

* Proactive and collaborative mindset.

* Accountability and ability to handle complex, multi-stakeholder processes.

* Clear communication across diverse teams.

* Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
