  • Develop and lead the sales strategy based on regional and global market research to generate business opportunities and prioritize target markets
  • Develop and maintain relations with external agencies such as market research firms, marketing consultants, PR agencies, etc… and negotiate contracts in coordination with the Procurement Division.
  • Define Country KPI´s.
  • Hold regular meetings with Development managers to review pipeline, influence in needs, resolve challenges, present possible solutions that maximize the business objectives.
  • Supervise and participate in the company's representation at key industry events and exhibitions across the country.
  • Maintain market intelligence on marketing propositions of competitors and trends and ensure sharing of market intelligence with the business development teams
  • Ensurecompliancewithcorporategovernancepoliciesandproceduresintheexecutionof marketing activities.
  • Direct the analysis of sales and business development.
  • Proactively position the brand as a business leader in the community.

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

  • 6+ years' experience in a revenue/ sales or commercial environment leading people and call centers.
  • Experience of complex and high-volume rate management.
  • Experience of working with OTAs/distribution channels.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel.
