Work closely with other leaders in the company to drive growth through the People function.
Define and implement Talent Management Strategy, Career Plans and Retention Policies.
Employer Branding and Recruitment: growing and being able to find and attract the best talent is a key issue as well as training line managers on how to identify, hire and retain talent.
Define and implement Talent Acquisition Strategy, managing directly recruitment processes and/or cooperating with external agencies.
Work with data and analytics to understand employee engagement and opportunities to enhance retention and satisfaction.
Deliver timely and informative internal communications to employees.
Drive Performance Management processes, cooperating with the company's executive management team and the line managers.
Design and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans, competitive and cost-effective.
Drive efficiency in overall HR operations: analyze the effectiveness of HR procedures and tools
Deliver on HR KPIs and metric
Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)
Strong global HR knowledge & experience.
Experience working in tech start-up environment.
Track record with employee development, performance management and organization design in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communications skills and ability to tailor communication style to diverse stakeholders.
Commitment, personal integrity, credibility, reliability and fairness.
Proven track record in recruitment of technological and high demanded profiles
Good understanding of local labour legislation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure, resilience and ability to be organized and consistent in challenging situations.
High level of English and Spanish is a must.
