- Control and work on different projects related to the payroll process.
- Support the administration of benefits and flexible compensation programs.
- Participate in the elaboration of HR processes and politics.
- Participate in employees training and development.
- Manage external providers.
Perfil buscado (h/m)
Bachelor degree. 8 to 10 years previous experience as HR Generalist and payroll knowledge related to the financial industry . Knowledge and experience working with HR Software. Excel very advanced. Multitask, proactive, independent, mature and stable. Excellent communicator. Experience in the financial or consulting industry is a must. Fluent English mandatory.
